Suas ilustrações são simples, mas agradam ao olhar, pois são extremamente bem feitas; e para aqueles que adoram ilustrações bonitinhas como eu, é um portfolio imprescindível de ter nos seus favoritos.

For the Toy Art lovers, Tokidoki doesn't only means milk boxes and cactus children; but means a whole collection of cute illustrations with a little evil humor inside.Tokidoki is a project made by an italian, who created with his draws a brand for toy arts, bags and acessories, etc. His illustrations are simple, but are nice to see, because are really well done; and, for those who love cute illustrations as I do, is a portfolio which you should have on your bookmarks.

Acho que não estou sozinho quando digo que amo Beatles... e vendo uns tutoriais da Computer Arts eu encontrei este que ensina a fazer no illustrator algo muito semelhante aos desenhos do Yellow Submarine. Muito legal pra quem é fã dos Beatles, ou simplesmente pra quem quer aprender novas técnicas.

I think I'm not alone when i say that I love Beatles... and looking at some tutorials from Computer Arts I've found this that teaches us how to make something in illustrator very similar to the drawings of Yellow Submarine. Very cool for Beatles' fan, or just for people that want to learn new techniques.

Sonho um dia fazer algo parecido com os desenhos desse ilustrador... Bengal é um quadrinista francês fantástico e eu fico maravilhado com o jeito que ele trabalha com as cores. Um dia eu chego lá!

I dream making something like this ilustrator's drawings... Bengal is a fantastic french comic artist and I get amazed with the way he works with colors. Someday I'll get there!

BOB DOB | BOB DOB

Okay, vamos ao portfolio do dia... Bob Dob, é outro ilustrador fantástico. Guitarrista numa banda de punk rock, suas pinturas refletem sua personalidade e são famosas na internet. Bob Dob possui diversos produtos á venda com suas pinturas: posters, skins para ipods e macs, e até mesmo um livro autografado e com baixa tiragem. Seus retratos são de personagens que vão desde Conan O’Brien, passando pelo Family Guy, até ao Mario Brothers.

E pra quem curte TOY ART uma boa notícia... a "Strange Co." está produzindo para ele 3 toys: Luey Lunger, Luey Lipper and Luey Livid.

Bom, decidi criar esse blog porque inúmeras vezes me perguntavam onde eu encontrava isso, onde axava aquilo.... então aqui vou postar coisas relacionadas a design gráfico: desde tutoriais, fontes, vector packs, até link para portfolios de gente que manda bem! E pra começar vai um link pro portfolio do Arthur de Pins... As suas ilustrações são cômicas e muito bem feitas, destaque pro "Sexy..." onde ele trata o erotismo com sutileza e muito humor!
